BELKI Teknik ApS Signs Agreement
March 1, 2010
President and CEO Mr. Anthony Giordano of Asset Recovery & Management Group LTD announced today a distribution and marketing agreement with BELKI teknik ApS, of Rodkaersbro Denmark.
“As in our other searches for global "Best-In-Class" solutions for Fluid, Filtration and Chip Handling projects the validation and benchmarking of the Belki product line has resulted in a number of very exciting results, stated Mr. Giordano. “With our zeal to push the envelope and reach the ambitious goal of Zero Waste, Zero Landfill, and the Lowest Life Cycle Costs” for our clients, it became clear their wide range of coolant filtration and skimmer designs will simplify our solutions and expand our portfolio.

President and CEO Mr. Anthony Giordano of Asset Recovery & Management Group LTD announced today the acquisition of several patent and intellectual property portfolio items from Advanced Technology & Marketing Group LLC (Clarkston, Michigan).
“While we have had access to this portfolio during several projects over the years,” reported Mr. Giordano, “obtaining the exclusive ownership of this property which was developed by ATMG as part of their work with General Motors and Daimler/Chrysler regarding chip processing and coolant filtration technology such as designs, software and validation data” will ensure we have “Best in Class Data” as part of our unique package.”

New Plant Construction
February 1, 2009
President and CEO Mr. Anthony Giordano confirmed today that recent negotiations have been concluded with Strategic Manufacturing Solutions LLC, (Rochester Hills, Michigan) for a complete factory package of technology for Fluid, Filtration and Chip Handling technology. The plant being constructed in Michigan will manufacture a portion of new engine for General Motors. This system is uniquely designed to incorporate the "Best In-Class" technology from several international vendors and will be integrated to meet Strategic Manufacturing Solutions objectives Mr. Giordano stated. The multi-million dollar order (Phase One) will bring to this facility a level of performance, cleanliness and life cycle savings the big three have envisioned for their own factories for years, added Mr. Giordano. By incorporating this innovative technology and harmonizing it around SMS requirements we look forward to this plant being benchmarked against current designs for years to come, and for the management team at SMS and GM to enjoy a world class installation.

Established in 2000 as a paint systems engineering and systems design company, Process Solutions and Engineering Inc. has grown considerably, highlighted by their expansion in Design and Consulting Services program areas.
